We can all agree that fashion and expression are some of the most fun things you can do. But, alas, they are not free. So because not all of us can hire a personal stylist or attend awards shows, I turned some of my favorite Grammys looks into everyday outfits! And every piece is from everyone's favorite place: Target.

Let me know what you think! I'm feeling like this could become a fun series.

1. Ariana Grande in Giambattista Valli

Dressed to the nines in a monochromatic ballgown, Grande looked like Cinderella fresh from the castle. This was such a girly and maximalist look, it's definitely one of my top three favorites.

With a girly but classy update, this outfit is perfect for a day in the office or a date. It uses the same color palette with some different materials to make it more playful!

2. Maggie Rogers in Chanel

Chic and detailed, the star motif on Maggie's dress was just enough to provide visual interest without overwhelming her whole look. She even brought a water bottle! Stay hydrated folks.

One of my favorite things about Maggie's look is the texture. Keeping the different pieces of your outfit the same color will balance out their different materials. The earrings draw from the star motif of Maggie's dress, and tie in with the water bottle. This is perfect for a shopping day, or spending time with your girl friends!

3. Dua Lipa in Alexander Wang

The simplicity of Dua's look is so well executed. Sleek and understated, but two toned in a way that doesn't leave you feeling like the outfit was boring. I love an all-white moment!

For Your Closet

I always feel a little bit like a crayon when I wear one color, but in a good way ya know? You can definitely switch out the jeans for a sleek midi skirt, but I thought that the materials here contrasted one another nicely. This is great for a night at the movies, or to dinner.

4. Misty Copeland

This is also in my top three outfits of the evening. It's feminine but also risky, and there's so much happening with the split leg and the layers *chef's kiss.*

(I tried to find the designer but I could not to save my life. If you know, please help a girl out!)

I loved the Monet-esque floral detail of Misty's gown, and the way that paired with her gloves. I can live in a tank and cardigan, and thought this was a perfect transformation of a gown and gloves! I thought that black shoes would contrast the rest of the outfit nicely. This is a great outfit for brunch or class.

some honorable mentions: Chrissy Teigen, Dreezy, JoJo
